1. Data controller
The controller responsible for the processing of your personal data on this website is Pickperfect.uk, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us by email at support@pickperfect.uk.
2. Scope of this policy
This privacy policy applies to the website pickperfect.uk and its subdomains. It explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
3. Data we collect
When you visit our website, we may collect:
- Technical data: IP address (truncated where possible), browser type, device type, operating system, referrer URL
- Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, click events on call-to-action buttons
- Marketing data: Google Click ID (gclid), UTM parameters and other URL parameters used for ad attribution
- Consent data: your cookie consent choices, stored locally on your device
We do not collect names, email addresses or other contact details unless you send us an email directly.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage to make the site work, to remember your consent preferences, and — only with your consent — to measure how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can change your consent at any time via the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means non-essential tags are blocked until you opt in.
5. Third-party services
Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd.) to manage tracking tags. With your consent, Google Analytics collects pseudonymised usage data to help us understand how the site is used. Data may be transferred to the United States. Provider: Google Privacy Policy.
Google Ads
With your consent, we measure conversions from Google Ads campaigns by capturing the gclid parameter on landing.
Triple Whale (TriplePixel)
With your consent, we use Triple Whale's TriplePixel (Triple Whale Inc.) to attribute visits and clicks to the marketing channel they came from (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, organic search). The pixel collects your IP address, user-agent, page URL, referrer, screen size and a randomly generated visitor ID. It does not collect names, email addresses or other contact details. The pixel is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. Data is transferred to and processed in the United States. Provider: Triple Whale Privacy Policy.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site lead to partner websites. If you make a purchase after clicking such a link, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. The partner site has its own privacy policy.
6. Legal basis
We rely on Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR (consent) for analytics, marketing and any non-essential cookies, and on Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR (legitimate interest) for technically necessary processing such as security and basic site operation.
7. Retention
Anonymous analytics events are retained for up to 26 months. Consent settings are stored locally on your device until you clear them or change them. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request erasure of your data
- object to or restrict processing
- data portability
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that has already taken place
To exercise these rights, email support@pickperfect.uk.
9. Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The latest version will always be available on this page.
